Review: Quaker Soft Baked Banana Nut Bar & Dairy Free

A little over six weeks ago, I realized I was allergic to dairy and it was making my skin red, bumpy, and terrible. Unfortunately, I'm now *also* realizing how much food I eat has dairy in it, and how hard it is to get it completely out of my diet. Enter Quaker Soft Baked Banana Nut bars...I got it for free for reviewing from Influenster! and it has no dairy! hurrah!

I'm super picky with granola bars...I just tasted a whole bunch as I now can't eat my dairy-filled favorites...after going through gnu bars, macrobars, probars, trader joe's bars, barbara's, I was getting really disappointed with granola bar selections. I'm happy to say that the Quaker Banana Nut Bread flavor is DELICIOUS and completely bucks this trend. I followed the serving instructions and heated it for like 10 seconds before running out the door...so good and not gooey at all like I was expecting. When I go off to school next year, these will be a breakfast staple for sure!

Quaker Bars are $3.29 for 5 bars, and you can find them at most stores.

Pros: tasty, filling (5g of fiber and 6g of protein), dairy free
Cons: none!
