After my grandmother was diagnosed when I was little, breast cancer has always been looming. As I got older and more women I knew became diagnosed, I know how vital it is for all women to share what we are doing to lower the risk.
Because of this article, I am committing to take a multivitamin with folic acid, eating a healthy diet high in grains and whole foods (at least 1 meal a day), and exercising at least 5x week. What are you doing to lower your breast cancer risk? Comment below!
