I was in Nordstrom Rack tonight, and saw a pretty pink Kate Spade bag. It was on clearance for 1/4 of the purchase price (about $100). Then, my friend came over and showed me the same exact bag (or darn close) for 1/2 the price ($175). It was because the former bag was "last year's purse" even though all these pink bow bags were nearly identical
in look and quality.
If you wouldn't buy something because it is "last year's purse", won't you not want "this year's purse" next year?
